When to Buy/Stock up on Items

I generally call myself a planner.  Somethings are more "organized" and "planned out" then others - like our groceries.  We live on a very tight budget, so I am always trying to stockpile when I can get items for free (OOP).  I came through THIS blog through The Thrifty Mama, which I also follow.  I found THIS post to be SO helpful with knowing when to anticipate items to be going on sale so you can maximize your savings with coupons!  Check it out!
